Return & Exchange Policy


RETURN
Before placing the order, please note that our products are REPLICAS 1:1 with very high quality, which makes you feel 100% authentic. After sending the tracking number, any request asking for authentic products is not accepted.

Contact us at support@sneakbagstores.com or +1 877 749 5575 and provide your order number, real photos or video of items, and reason for returning.

Refund/ Return cases are accepted within 7 days after delivery. All products may be returned/refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receipt subject to the following rules:
- Received goods damaged or broken on arrival
- Wrong Style/Size/Color/Quality delivered

We do not agree to the returns/refund requests in the following cases:
- Return/Refund/Exchange goods more than 7 days allowed
- You are not satisfied with our items when you receive them
- The wrong or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer.
- Not interested anymore in the product.
- The new product has a smell.

We encourage you to CONTACT our customer service to make sure you make the right choice when ordering and please read carefully the product’s information.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Note: The items need to be in their original condition and with all their labels.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You have 24 hours to change your mind about a model or size from when you complete your order or if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sneakbagstores.com . If after this time, we regret that we cannot change the model or size according to your request because the goods have been shipped.

Shipping fee
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
